ScrubShield ("the Service") provides internet scanning and content detection services designed to locate copies or unauthorized usage of user-submitted photos and videos across publicly accessible web platforms. The Service utilizes automated image and video recognition technology to identify potential matches. ScrubShield does NOT perform manual review of every result and relies on algorithmic matching which may produce false positives or miss certain content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Service will detect ALL instances of your content on the internet • Scan results will be 100% accurate or free from false positives/negatives • The Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free • Content removal or takedown requests will be successful • Results will be available within any specific timeframe ScrubShield cannot access password-protected sites, dark web platforms, private messaging systems, encrypted platforms, or any content behind paywalls or restricted access systems.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCRUBSHIELD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data • Damages resulting from content that was not detected by our scanning technology • Any failure to remove content from third-party platforms • Emotional distress or reputational damage IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SCRUB REQUEST THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Our scanning coverage includes major social media platforms, image hosting services, adult content sites, stock photo databases, search engines, and publicly indexed websites. However, we EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE: • Dark web / .onion sites • Private or encrypted messaging platforms (Signal, Telegram private chats, WhatsApp, etc.) • Password-protected forums or communities • Enterprise or corporate intranets • Mobile applications that do not have web-accessible content • Platforms that actively block automated scanning • Content in jurisdictions where scanning is legally restricted • Physical media (print, broadcast television, DVDs, etc.) • Blockchain-based or decentralized storage platforms Scan depth and coverage vary by plan tier. Basic scans cover fewer platforms than Deep or Comprehensive scans.

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once a scrub has been initiated • Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase • Credits are non-transferable between accounts • If a scrub fails due to a system error (not user error), the credit will be restored to your account • Pricing is subject to change without notice; existing purchased credits will be honored • Enterprise and custom plans are governed by separate agreements • No refunds will be issued for scan results that the user deems unsatisfactory • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension

By using ScrubShield, you represent and warrant that: • You own the intellectual property rights to all content you submit for scanning, OR you have explicit authorization from the rights holder • You will not use the Service for illegal purposes, stalking, harassment, or surveillance • You will not submit content depicting minors in any context • All information you provide is accurate and truthful • You understand that ScrubShield is a detection tool, NOT a legal service • You accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on scan results • You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws ScrubShield reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to law enforcement without notice.

• Uploaded content is used solely for scanning purposes and is not shared with third parties • We retain uploaded media for up to 90 days after scan completion for result verification • You may request deletion of your uploaded content at any time • Scan results and reports are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed • ScrubShield's technology, algorithms, and methodologies are proprietary and confidential • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our scanning technology

ScrubShield reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScrubShield operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
